The Architectural Precast Association is a not-for-profit
trade association organized to serve the informational,
technical and business needs of Architectural Precast
Concrete manufacturers and their suppliers and to promote
high standards of workmanship throughout the industry.
Collier
Builders Industry Association
D.C. Kerckhoff is a proud member of the Collier Building
Industry Association (CBIA). The CBIA is comprised of
over 1300 member companies who earn a living in the
construction industry. Our membership total makes us
the largest single county builders association in Florida.
Builder members number about 500 and associate members
and affiliates comprise the remaining 800.
Florida
Home Builders Association
D.C. Kerckhoff is a proud member of the Florida Home
Builders Association (FHBA). Established in 1949, the
FHBA represents the interests of Florida’s home
building and remodeling industry. A Florida-based trade
association representing more than 17,500 corporate
members involved in Florida’s home building and
remodeling industry. Known as “the voice of Florida’s
housing industry,” FHBA is affiliated with 28
local home builders associations throughout Florida.
FHBA members employ 473,000 Floridians and contribute
$42 billion to the state’s economy – making
home building Florida’s second largest industry.

National
Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
D.C. Kerckhoff is a proud member of the National Association
of Home Builders (NAHB). NAHB is a trade association
that helps promote the policies that make housing a
national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving
its members, the housing industry, and the public at
large. The association is member-driven, with a professional
staff of more than 300 in Washington. More than 2,800
members serve on the association’s board of directors,
which elects the association’s Senior Officers
and helps set the association’s agenda. NAHB’s
builder members will construct about 80 percent of the
more than 1.9 million new housing units projected for
2006, making housing one of the largest engines of economic
growth in the country.
